Episode 168: Tears and Repairs (Epilogue)

Tonight Ryan and Dana talked about a topic that doesn't tend to make the news all that often: perineal and vaginal tearing that affects up to 41% of women after childbirth. Dr. Michael Swor and Dr. Kelly-Anne Shedd-Hartman joined us to educate about tearing, its long term effects, and how it may be treated or prevented. While many women are afraid to discuss this issue, it is nothing to be ashamed of!
